Euclyd was founded by Claire Gourlier and Didier Long in 2001, after a successful operational experience. They co-designed and launched of both the Fnac.com and 01Net businesses in 1998-1999. Then they build the digital practice of McKinsey in Europe.

In 2017 they created a Joint Venture with another French consulting firm specialized in business transformation with 150 consultants in Paris, Kea&Partners.

Since July 2019, the 100% capital-intensive integration of Kea-Euclyd into Kea & Partners has been effective, with the creation of the Digital & Technologies practice, headed by Didier and Claire.
